RE: APPOINTMENT OF EDWIN L. WEIKKUM AND BRUCE KAUFFMAN TO THE
SOUTHEAST WELD PEST CONTROL DISTRICT #4 ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , several vacancies currently exist on the Southeast
Weld Pest Control District #4 Advisory Board due to the
resignations of Russell Epple and Harold Huwa, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Edwin L. Weikkum and
Bruce Kauffman be appointed to said Board to replace them, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint the above
named individuals to the Southeast Weld Pest Control District #4
Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Edwin L. Weikkum and
Bruce Kauffman be, and hereby are, appointed to the Southeast Weld
Pest Control District #4 Advisory Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
July, A.D. , 1985 .

Dear Weld County Commissioners ,
I wish to make a request on behalf of the Southeast Weld Pest
(Weed) Control District #4, Advisory Board. The ad-vlsory board
members would like to take the names of Russel Epple and Harold Huwa
off of the advisory board. Both board members have moved out of the
county this past year. They wish to have the names of the two people
listed below on the advisory board.
