HomeMy WebLinkAbout881018.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT WITH US WEST COMMUNICATIONS AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a right-of-way easement between Weld County and US West Communications, and WHEREAS, said right-of-way easement concerns land described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 31 , Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, thence N 89°34 ' 39" W 400 feet, thence S 00° 00 ' 00" W 60 feet to the point of beginning, thence N 89°34 ' 39" W 12 feet, thence S 00°00 ' 00" W 10 feet, thence S 89°34 ' 39" E 12 feet, thence N 00°00 ' 00" E 10 feet to the point of beginning. WHEREAS , after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Right-of-Way Easement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Right-of-Way Easement be, and hereby is , approved.
