A public hearing was conducted on June 25, 1986, at 2:00 P.M. , with the
following present:
Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson, Chairman
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Gene Brantner
Commissioner C.W. Kirby
Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Debbie Campbell
Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison
Planning Department representative, Gloria Dunn
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 28, 1986, and duly
published June 12, 1986, in the Johnstown Breeze, a public hearing was
conducted to consider the request of Jack Tatum for a Use by Special
Review for a wood cutting and processing operation. Lee D. Morrison,
Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record. Gloria Dunn
stated that, after this request had been approved by the Planning
Commission, it had been discovered by the applicant that the mylar plat
for this application incorrectly described the property in question.
Ms. Dunn said this matter needs to be re-heard by the Planning
Commission before the Board can proceed.
This Certification was approved on the 30th day of June, 1986.
