Gaddis Thank you for your inquiry of December 18, 1989. Y have reviewed our files on the two existing nursing homes described above and determined that both properties are existing uses in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. The property located at 1819 Burch Avenue is located on C-2 (General Commercial) zoned property. Section 33.3.2.11 of the Weld County zoning ordinance indicates that nursing homes are uses allowed by right in the C-2 (General Commercial) zone district. The care facility located at 5425 Weld County Road 32 is allowed by Special Review permit #860 in the A (Agricultural) zone. district. USR-86O was approved for a nursing care facility. Condition #3 required - the removal, leveling, and reseeding of the evaporative pond area. Bingle Current Planner Weld County Department of Planning Services 915 10th Street Greeley, CO 80631 RE: HCC Country View Care Center, Inc./USR 860 Dear .Brian: The owners of the property described in the subject Use by Special Review Permit which was approved by the Board of County Commissioners November 30, 1988, are requesting information from the county that certain items in the nature of "conditions" to the Special Review Permit have been completed to the satisfaction of the county. The resolution, in Paragraph 3 of the body thereof, required that three existing evaporative pond burms shall be removed and leveled to the nature slope of the new area with existing soils and at the area it must be planted with ,a native grass vegetation approved by the Longmont Soil Conservation District. The resolution also incorporated certain development standards. With respect to the development standards, standard no. 3 required the erection of a six-foot solid wood fence south and west of the aeration lagoon and item no. 4 again referred to restoration of native grass vegetation. We would appreciate it if you would confirm in writing that these items have been completed. We understand that maintenance of the fence and vegetation are continuing conditions.
