RE: APPROVE ADDENDUM NO. 2 TO SERVICE PLAN OF PROPOSED GALETON
WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board did, by Resolution dated September 21 ,
1988 , conditionally approve the Service Plan for the proposed
Galeton Water and Sanitation District, and
WHEREAS , said Resolution required that an Amendment to the
Service Plan concerning water facilities should be submitted to
the Board for consideration on September 28 , 1988 , and
WHEREAS, at the meeting of September 28 , 1988 , the Board
determined that the Amendment submitted met the conditions of
approval of the Service Plan and the Service Plan shall be deemed
amended by the addition of the following:
GENERAL
This Service Plan for the proposed Galeton Water and
Sanitation District addresses only the presently proposed
facilities for sewer lines and a sewage treatment facility to
serve the community.
Prior to any indebtedness being incurred for water facilities
or the use of any District funds for maintenance, operation
or construction of water facilities , a comprehensive water
facilities Service Plan shall be prepared and submitted to
the Weld County Board of County Commissioners for comments
and approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above amendment
to the Service Plan of the proposed Galeton Water and Sanitation
District be , and hereby is, approved.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
September, A.D. , 1988 .

SERVICE PLAN FOR WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND TREATMENT
GENERAL
This service plan for the proposed Galeton Water and
Sanitation District addresses only the presently proposed
facilities for sewer lines and a sewage treatment facility to
serve the community.
Prior to any indebtedness being incurred for water facilities
or the use of any District funds for maintenance, operation
or construction of water facilities, a comprehensive water
facilities service plan shall be prepared and submitted to
the Weld County Board of County Commissioners for comments
and approval.
