RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING REQUEST FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL
DEVICES IN THE TOWN OF BRIGGSDALE - KIM RUSCH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Kim Rusch for
certain traffic control devices to be installed at various
locations in the town of Briggsdale, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to refer said request
to the Engineering and Road and Bridge Departments for their
recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Kim
Rusch for certain traffic control devices to be installed at
various locations in the town of Briggsdale be, and hereby is,
referred to the Engineering and Road and Bridge Departments for
recommendation.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of May,
A.D. , 1986.
