RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DONALD MASON, ED DOLAN, AND BOB
SORENSEN TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of
Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Donald Mason, At-Large
position; and Ed Dolan , Associate position , be appointed to serve
on said Board , with their terms to expire December 31 , 1989 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bob Sorensen , District
2 position, be appointed to said Board to fill the unexpired term
of Marion Richter, which will. expire December 31, 1988 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Donald Mason , Ed Dolan ,
and Bob Sorensen to the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Donald Mason and Ed
Dolan be , and hereby are, appointed to serve on the Board of
Adjustment, with their terms to expire December 31 , 1989.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Bob Sorensen be, and
hereby is , appointed to serve on the Board of Adjustment, to fill
the unexpired term of Marion Richter, which will expire December
31 , 1988 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
January, A.D. , 1987.

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
-Donald Mason - has been appointed to the Board of Adjustment. He is replacing
the completed term of James Parker. Donald will serve in the At-Large position.
His term of office expires on December 31, 1989.
Ed Dolan - has been appointed to the Board of Adjustment. He is replacing
the Associate Position vacated by Bill Condon. His term of office will expire
on December 31, 1989.
Bob Sorensen - has been appointed to the Board of Adjustment. He is replacing
the District 2 position formally held by Marion Richter. His term of office
will expire on December 31, 1988.
