The Department of Planning Services' staff has. reviewed your proposal to add
a 16 X 20 addition to your existing building which houses your small engine .

that this addition is not a material deviation from your plans as approved. '
An amendment to your Special Review permit will not be required. I have
enclosed a map which outlines the placement of your addition as we
discussed.
Any addition to your building requires a building permit and must meet all
requirements of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance.
