Curry, Current Planner Subject: Vacation of Recorded Exemption 11158 Attached is a letter from Mildred Sarchet regarding a request for vacation of Recorded Exemption 1158. Recorded Exemption 1158 was approved by the Department of Planning Services' staff through the administrative review process on March 16, 1989. The approved recorded exemption created a 154 acre parcel and a 5 acre parcel, more or less. If this vacation is approved, Mrs. Sarchet's intent is to sell the improvements on the property with 40 acres. The Department of Planning Services' staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners vacate Recorded Exemption 1158.
