RE: APPROVE VACATION OF RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 1158 - MILDRED

a WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
o N Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
o a Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
v} w affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

O WHEREAS, through the administrative review process, the
g Department of Planning Services ' staff did, on March 16, 1989,
co m a approve Recorded Exemption No. 1158, creating parcels of 154 acres
" ° and 5 acres, more or less, said parcels described as Lots A and B
a of the above Recorded Exemption, and

co u WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Mildred
Sarchet to vacate said Recorded Exemption No. 1158 , which was
.-IH recorded at Book 1230 , Reception No. 02177514 , in the records of
o F the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, and

W WHEREAS, upon recommendation from the Department of Planning
M w Services, the Board deems it appropriate to approve said request.

rn z NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
'-iz Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from
0 `4 Mildred Sarchet to vacate Recorded Exemption No. 1158 be, and
u a hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made

Subject: Vacation of Recorded Exemption 11158
Attached is a letter from Mildred Sarchet regarding a request for vacation
of Recorded Exemption 1158. Recorded Exemption 1158 was approved by the
Department of Planning Services' staff through the administrative review
process on March 16, 1989. The approved recorded exemption created a 154
acre parcel and a 5 acre parcel, more or less. If this vacation is
approved, Mrs. Sarchet's intent is to sell the improvements on the property
with 40 acres.
The Department of Planning Services' staff recommends the Board of County
Commissioners vacate Recorded Exemption 1158.

Gentlemen,
The undersigned being the owner of both Lots A and B of the above Recorded
Exemption desires to vacate said Recorded Exemption.
The buyer for whom the subdivision was prepared could not complete the pur-
chase. I now have an opportunity to sell the improvements with a 40-acre
tract and therefore cannot use the Recorded Exemption.
