RE: APPROVE CREATION OF OVERALL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
COMMITTEE AND APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the Board establish an
Overall Economic Development Program Committee, to include five
representatives from the Economic Development Action Partnership
and four representatives from the Private Industry Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Nancy Brigden, Pam
Bricker, Rine Duran, Jackie Johnson, Toby Martinez, Donald
Mueller, Sam Sasaki, Steven Sears, Gary Knapp and Judy Griego be
appointed to said Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that an Overall Economic
Development Program Committee be, and hereby is, established, with
membership to be composed of five representatives from the
Economic Development Action Partnership and four representatives
from the Private Industry Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Nancy Brigden, Pam
Bricker, Rine Duran, Jackie Johnson, Toby Martinez, Donald
Mueller, Sam Sasaki, Steven Sears, Gary Knapp and Judy Griego be,
and hereby are, appointed to said Committee.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
December, A.D. , 1987 .
