Dear Don:
The Greeley Fire Department Hazardous Materials Team has
spent many hours researching the design of the truck body
for a hazardous materials response vehicle. In doing so,
many other area Hazardous Materials Teams were contacted
and information was obtained.
We have been working through a custom truck body builder
in the local area. The company is Eisenman Enterprises , Inc .
They have designed the body from the ideas and specifications
submitted by our team.
The bid price for the body of $24,486 .00 is the best value
and is a sole source supplier of a custom designed truck
body.
We strongly recommend that the bid from Eisenman be accepted
and that the contract be awarded to them.

Dear Sir:
Thank you for the opportunity to work with you and your organization.
The following is our quote for a 20' long x 8' wide body with a 6'6"
ID height, to mount on a truck furnished by your organization. We
are including a concept drawing of the proposed design as well as
the following description of what is included for the price we are
quoting.
The unit will include:
1) Three windows at rear of body as shown
2) 36" deep projection in front over truck cab
3) #" exterior grade plywood liner, painted white
4) All outside compartment doors have locks and weatherstrip
5) Entry door 30" x 78" with window and lock
6) Pull out steps and grab handle on body
7) All compartments have aluminum interior
8) Exterior will be treated and painted one color
9) Two 12 volt fluorescent lights inside with switch by door
10) Two 4' 110 volt fluorescent lights and two 110 volt duplex
recepticals inside
11) Receptical in generator compartment for remote power supply
12) One inch exterior grade plywood floor with vinyl linoleum
covering
13) Two 12 volt exterior lights on each side of body
14) Rear bumper and step as shown
15) The body will be electrically wired for D.O.T. standard lights
and brackets with wiring for the emergency vehicle lightsfur-
nished by you
