RE: APPOINTMENT OF STEPHEN WERNSMAN TO UNIFORM BUILDING CODE
BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Uniform Building
Code Board of Appeals , due to the resignation of Phillip Voegtle,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Stephen Wernsman be
appointed to fill the unexpired term, which will expire December
31 , 1987, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Stephen
Wernsman to the Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Stephen Wernsman be ,
and hereby is, appointed to the Uniform Building Code Board of
Appeals , with his term to expire December 31 , 1987.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of
January, A.D. , 1987 .
