RE: APPROVE AMENDMENT TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
WELD COUNTY AND THE CITY OF DACONO FOR CONSERVATION TRUST
FUND EXPENDITURES AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners entered into an
Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Dacono on September
23, 1985 , for park improvements in the amount of $3 ,000. 00 and
WHEREAS, the City of Dacono has advised Weld County that the
project cannot be completed by December 1 , 1986 , and requests an
extension until September 1 , 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Paragraph 5 of said
Intergovernmental Agreement be, and hereby is, amended to read as
follows:
5. Weld County shall reimburse the City of Dacono during
the calendar years of 1986 and 1987 . It is therefore
understood and agreed that the project should be completed
and the request for reimbursement forwarded no later than
September 1 , 1987.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is , authorized to sign said Amendment.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
December, A.D. , 1986.

AMENDMENT TO THE
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF DACONO
AND WELD COUNTY FOR
CONSERVATION TRUST FUND EXPENDITURES
THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this 17th day of December,
1986 , between the City of Dacono and the County of Weld is for
the purpose of amending an agreement allocating certain funds
from the Conservation Trust Fund to the City of Dacono, dated
September 23 , 1985.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the project per the agreement could not be
completed by December 1 , 1986 , and an extension has been
requested.
IT IS AGREED THAT:
Paragraph number five is hereby amended to read as follows:
"5 . Weld County shall reimburse the City of Dacono
during the calendar years of 1986 and 1987. It is
therefore understood and agreed that the project should be
completed and the request for reimbursement forwarded no
later than September 1 , 1987. "
