Enclosed for Board approval is an amendment to a Purchase of Services
agreement between Weld County School District RE-5J and Weld County
Division of Human Resources ' Head Start Program.
The amendment changes the price of the hot lunches from $1.40 to
$1.45 per meal .

AMENDMENT TO
PURCHASE OF SERVICES AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 30 th day of October,
1987, by and between the Weld County School District RE-5J, located at
3 North Jay Street, Johnstown, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as
"School District," and the Weld County Division of Human Resources'
Head Start Program, hereinafter referred to as "Head Start."
WHEREAS, the School District and Head Start are desirous of amend-
ing the original agreement of September 14, 1987.
NOW THEREFORE, the following condition is mutually agreed upon:
The School District agrees to provide hot lunches to the Head Start
Classroom housed at the Letford Elementary School at the price of
$1.45 per meal .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have caused this amendment
to be duly executed as of the day and year first hereinafter se forth.
