In 1986 Ralph Nix Produce, Inc. got a Recorded Exemption # 1057-14-4 RE
850 and a Use By Special Review USR 726:86:7, to build an Onion Storage
and Sorting Facility. At this time Ralph Nix Produce, Inc. is building
a residentual home for an officer of the company, Jerry Nix and Kim Nix.
We are wanting this home here for protection purposes . We are now asking
for a Subdivision Exemption, so that financing can read Jerry and Kim
Nix, for this home. We hope that all paper work is in order.
