RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF MEL YLARRAZ TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
ACTION PARTNERSHIP BOARD
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mel Ylarraz be
reappointed to the Economic Development Action Partnership Board,
for a term to expire December 31 , 1990 , and
WHEREAS , the Board desires to reappoint Mel Ylarraz to said
board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Mel Ylarraz be, and
hereby is, reappointed to the Economic Development Action
Partnership Board for a term to expire December 31 , 1990 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
December, A.D. , 1987 .
