RE: ESTABLISH CHANGE FUND FOR ASSESSOR' S DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Assessor' s Department has
requested that a change fund in the amount of $50. 00 be
established for their department, and
WHEREAS , after reviewing said request, the Board of County
Commissioners deems it advisable to approve said request of the
Assessor' s Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that a change fund in
the amount of $50.00 for the Weld County Assessor' s Department
be , and hereby is, established.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
February, A.D. , 1987.
