RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1122 - BETTY HORN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 8th day of January, 1986 , considered the request of Betty Horn for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 4 , Block 34 , Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence that the cistern is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, 'quantity and dependability for the proposed use; and 2) The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with the above mentioned condition.
