RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING REQUEST FROM GERALD D. DOLPH
FOR MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN PORTION OF WELD COUNTY ROAD 37
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Gerald D.
Dolph that a certain portion of Weld County Road 37 be maintained,
and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to refer
said request to the Road and Bridge Department for its
recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Gerald
D. Dolph concerning maintenance of a certain portion of Weld
County Road 37 be , and hereby is , referred to the Road and Bridge
Department for its recommendation.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
April, A.D. , 1989 .

Dear Board Members,
I have recently purchased the property located at 11000 Weld
County Road #37. The road is maintained by the Weld County
Road Department, five-tenths of a mile beyond Road #22. We
plan to move to this property in a couple of weeks . There
will also be another dwelling on this property.
After contacting the Road Division of Weld County, we were told
to correspond with the Board of Commissioners. Would you please
consider maintaining the Weld County Road #37 up to our gate?
The distance is approximately 1 mile further than is already
being maintained at present .
If this is not the proper procedure used to make such a request,
please advise me of the correct procedure to use.
