RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED, DESIGNATING A
COMMISSIONER TO MAKE ON-SITE INSPECTION AND SETTING THE
HEARING DATE CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF ROBERTA AND RAY
HINDERLITER, DBA I-76 MOTEL AND CAFE, UNIT B, FOR A TAVERN
LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, at a public meeting on the 6th day of June, 1988 , heard
evidence to assist said Board in establishing the neighborhood to
be served, designating the Commissioner to make the on-site
inspection and set the hearing date concerning the application of
Roberta and Ray Hinderliter, dba I-76 Motel and Cafe, Unit B,
35929 I-76 Access Road, Roggen, Colorado 80652 , for a Tavern
Liquor License, and
WHEREAS, the Board did determine that the following described
area should comprise the neighborhood to be served concerning said
application, to-wit:
Section 36 , Township 3 North, Range 63 West;
Sections 31 and 32 , Township 3 North, Range 62
West; Sections 1 and 12 , Township 2 North,
Range 63 West; and Sections 5 , 6 , 7 and 8 ,
Township 2 North, Range 62 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, which comprises a
nine square mile area.
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that Commissioner Frank
Yamaguchi be designated to make the on-site inspection for said
application, and
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that the hearing to
consider said application shall be scheduled for Monday, July 18 ,
1988 , at or about 9 : 30 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above described
area be, and hereby is, declared to be the neighborhood to be
served concerning the application of Roberta and Ray Hinderliter,
dba I-76 Motel and Cafe, Unit B, for a Tavern Liquor License.

RE: SET HEARING DATE - HINDERLITER
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner Frank
Yamaguchi be, and hereby is , designated to make the on-site
inspection for said application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date
concerning said application be , and hereby is , scheduled for July
18 , 1988 , at or about 9 :30 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
June , A.D. , 1988 .

Roberta and Ray Hinderliter
The Clerk to the Board' s Office has received an application for a
Tavern Liquor License from Roberta and Ray Hinderliter, dba I-76
Motel and Cafe, Unit B, 35929 I-76 Access Road, Roggen, Colorado
80652 . Because of Board of Equalization hearings, we are
recommending that the hearing be set for Monday, July 18 , 1988 , at
or about 9 : 30 a.m.
A Hotel/Restaurant License was previously held on the property,
and the neighborhood to be served was established as follows:
Section 36 , Township 3 North, Range 63 West;
Sections 31 and 32 , Township 3 North, Range 62
West; Sections 1 and 12 , Township 2 North,
Range 63 West; and Sections 5 , 6 , 7 and 8 ,
Township 2 North, Range 62 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, which comprises a
nine square mile area.
