RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1050 - HOWARD AND PHYLLIS
STANLEY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 24th day of July, 1985 , considered the request of
Howard and Phyllis Stanley for a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 6 , Block 16 , Aristocrat Ranchettes
Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the
testimony, has determined that said request should be granted
subject to the applicants submitting evidence that the proposed
water tap is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in
quality, quantity, and dependability for the proposed use, and
WHEREAS, the Board has further determined that this evidence
shall be submitted by October 1 , 1985 , and if said evidence has
not been submitted by this date, Mobile Home Permit #1045 shall be
considered null and void.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Howard
and Phyllis Stanley for permission to place a mobile home to be
used as a principal dwelling on the hereinabove described parcel
of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of
the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted
subject to the hereinabove listed condition.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that if the applicants do
not submit evidence that the proposed water tap is supplying water
in an adequate manner by October 1 , 1985 , this Permit shall be
considered null and void.

Legal Description of Parcel: Lot 6, Block 16, Aristocrat Ranchettes
Subdivision
Location: Approximately 1 mile northeast of Fort Lupton
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons:
WILL WILL NOT
X Be compatible with the Weld County
Comprehensive Plan.
X Be compatible with the surrounding area.
X Be in harmony with the character of the
neighborhood.
X Adversely affect the immediate area.
X Be adequately served by water and sewage
disposal facilities.
X Adversely affect the general health, safety
and welfare of the inhabitants of the area and
the County.
COMMENTS:
Our office has not received any objections to this request from surrounding
property owners.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon the following:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home
within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of
County Commissioners.
2. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit
evidence that proposed water tap is supplying water in such a
manner ad to be adequate in quality, quantity, and dependability
for the proposed use.
3. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the
applicant has complied with Conditions 1, and 2 above.

for a Mobile Home to be used as a principal dwelling. The parcel of land is
described as Lot 6, Block 16 Aristocrat Ranchettes. The location of the
parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is 1 mile
northeast of Ft. Lupton.
This application is submitted to your office for review and recommendations.
Any comments or recommendations you consider relevant to this request would
be appreciated. Your prompt reply will help to facilitate the processing of
the proposal and will ensure prompt consideration of your recommendations.
If a response from your office is not received within fourteen (14) days of
mailing from our office, it may be interpreted to mean approval by your
office. If you are unable to respond within the fourteen (14) days (but
wish to do so at a later date) please notify our office to that effect.

principal dwelling on a parcel of land described as Lot 6, Block 16
Aristocrat Ranchettes.
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Stanley:
Your application and related materials for the request described above are
complete and in order at the present time. I have scheduled a meeting with
the Board of County Commissioners on July 24, 1985 at 9:00 a.m. This
meeting will take place in the County Commissioners' Hearing Room, first
floor, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado.
It is recommended that you and/or a representative be in attendance to
answer any questions the Board members might have with respect to your
application.
It is the responsibility of an applicant to see that a sign is posted on the
property under consideration at least ten (10) days preceding the hearing
date. Sometime prior to July 10, 1985 you or a representative should
contact me in this office to obtain a sign to be posted on the site no later
than July 12, 1985.
The Department of Planning Services staff will make a recommendation
concerning this application to the Board of County Commissioners. It is the
responsibility of an applicant to contact the Department of Planning
Services office a few days before the date of the hearing to obtain that
recommendation.
