Home My WebLink About890349.tiff RESOLUTION RE : APPROVE REPLACEMENT BOND FOR MIKE CERVI , DBA C & R RANCH CO. , CONCERNING PLOWING PERMIT NO. 86-1 WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, in April , 1986 , Mike Cervi , dba C & R Ranch Co. , submitted Restoration Bond No. 052-480G3769 , issued by The Travelers Indemnity Company, Hartford, Connecticut, in the amount of Forty Two Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($42 , 300 . 00) , said Bond being in conjuction with Plowing Permit No. 86-1 , and WHEREAS, Mr. Cervi has now submitted Restoration Bond No. BND 159 65 68 , issued by The Continental Insurance Company, State of New Hampshire, in the amount of Forty Two Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($42 , 300 . 00) , said Bond to replace the Bond which was submitted in April, 1986 , and WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it appropriate to accept the replacement Bond from The Continental Insurance Company on the basis that said replacement Bond assumes coverage for all claims incurred under the Travelers Bond .
