The community of Aristocrat Ranchette is in dire need
of stop and yield signs. Only a few people stop at the
interesections, much less yield right of way. Many of
our residents have lived here for several years and
because of one misconception or another feel "they" have
the right of way. Signs would help clarify the situation.
The community has grown considerably since its concep-_
tion (over 900 residents) . We have clot of small children
that may dart out into the road. Also horses, goats,
cows, bicycles, motorcycles and many other things may
be seen in our roads. Signs would slow traffic and
make drivers more concious of their surroundings.
Our area also has clot of non-resident ,traffic that
do not realize that Weld County still has residential
areas without signs.
We appreciate any help you can give us in helping
to solve this problem.
Sincerely,
Aristat Community Cou 1
Phyllis Stanley, President 880987
