RE: RESCIND RESOLUTION OF AUGUST 3 , 1988 , CONCERNING DENIAL OF
MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1440 - VICENTE G. MARTINEZ
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on August 3 , 1988 , the Board considered and denied
the request of Vicente G. Martinez to place one mobile home to be
used as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land described as Lot
2 , Block 6 , Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision, Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board now deems it advisable to rescind the
Resolution of denial.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Resolution of
August 3 , 1988 , denying ZPMH No. 1440 to Vicente G. Martinez , be,
and hereby is, rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that it shall again
consider the request of Vicente G. Martinez for ZPMH No. 1440 on
August 17, at which time Mr. Martinez is to provide further
evidence concerning the well on the parcel hereinabove described.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
August, A.D. , 1988 .
