Senior Nutrition Program and University of Northern Colorado
Enclosed for Board approval is a Purchase of Services Agreement between
the Weld County Senior Nutrition Program and the University of Northern
Colorado Food Service.
This agreement allows the Weld County Senior Nutrition Program to
purchase approximately 70,000 meals annually for $2.69 per meal to be
provided to over 2000 senior annually throughout Weld County.

Purchase of Services Agreement Amendment
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ,2/ day of I-P Udig , 1989,
by and between the Weld County Division of Human kResources' Senior Nut&ition
Program, hereinafter referred to as the "Program," and the University of
Northern Colorado, hereinafter designated as the "Vendor."
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "Program" desires to continue its contractual arrangement for
meals from the "Vendor", and
WHEREAS, the "Program" and the "Vendor" are desirous of amending the
original agreement dated February 16, 1987, and the amendment dated December
30, 1987.
NOW THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed:
1. The "Program" will reimburse the "Vendor" $2.69 for a complete meal
including # pint of milk, based on an annual evaluation of the Consumer Price
Index.
2. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement shall remain
in effect unless otherwise stated in this Amendment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment on the
day first written above.
