Dear Ms . Chittenden and Blair :
The Department of Planning Services ' staff have reviewed your request to
locate a business within a garage on your property for repairing and selling
of used applicances .
The Department of Planning Services ' staff have determined that the business
would be a major change to USR- 663 and would require that an amendment be
applied for and approved for a home business prior to locating it on the
property . The amendment should include all uses of the property .
I have enclosed a procedural guide for the application process . Please set
up an appointment with me to review the application materials prior to there
submission .
