After reviewing SUP-286, I did an on sight inspection of the property.
Upon arriving at the location, I observed that the facility was abandoned.
All buildings and equipment were gone and the entire area was seeded down to
grass.
The fence for the project is still intact. If Panhandle Eastern Company is
still planning on using the site for future use, I do not know.
They have met the requirements for SUP-286 as far as a discontinued use.
