RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REASSIGNMENT TO THE WELD COUNTY
HEALTH BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Health
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that DeeAnn Groves be
appointed to an at-large position on said Board, with her term to
expire May 23 , 1990 , and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Jon Erickson be
reassigned from the at-large position to that of District 2 ,
formerly filled by Diana Score, with his term to expire on May 23 ,
1989 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint and reassign the above
named individuals to the Weld County Health Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that DeeAnn Groves be, and
hereby are, is appointed to the Weld County Health Board, with her
term to expire May 23 , 1990 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Jon Erickson be, and hereby is,
reassigned on the Weld County Health Board, with his term to
expire May 23 , 1989 .

The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
October, A.D. , 1988 .
