RE: REFER REQUEST TO ERECT TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES AT THE
INTERSECTION OF WELD COUNTY ROADS 8 AND 19 TO THE ENGINEERING
AND ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Deborah Knuckey, Transportation Coordinator for
School District RE8 , submitted a request to the Board of County
Commissioners to erect traffic control devices at the intersection
of County Roads 8 and 19 , and
WHEREAS , after review, the Board deems it advisable to refer
said request to the Engineering and Road and Bridge Departments
for their recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request to erect
traffic control devices at the intersection of County Roads 8 and
19 be, and hereby is, referred to the Engineering and Road and
Bridge Departments for recommendation.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
January, A.D. , 1986 .
