To The Board of Weld County Commissioners :
Pursuant to Sec 32-1-208 CRS, as amended in the 1985 session of th
legislature, The North Weld County Water District , a special district
submits the following information for your files and records :
1 . The district was organized and fo,-med under the Colorado Statutes
by degree of the District Court of Weld County , in Civil Action No.
to which reference is made.
2 . The district formation can all be found in said district ccuri
proceeding.
3 . The district has agreements to furnish water to the municipalil.ie:-
of Ault. , Eaton , and Pierce, but none of the agreements concern the
formation of the district .
4. The municipalities witn agreements can be contacted to determine
any plans of operation desired by the County.
5. The district is organized, formed and operates for furnishing
of treated water for domestic and livestock purposes to a large rural
area of Weld and Lariimer Counties.
