Mr. Patrick Collins submitted a letter dated July 15, 1986, requesting to
place a mobile home on his property for an accessory to farm help that would
assist in his grey hound farm operation.
The staff reviewed the letter and did determine that this would not be a
substantial change to the operation of the Special Use Permit. A Zoning
Permit for a Mobile Home would need to be applied for and approved before
the mobile home !could be located on the property.
