RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS FROM DANIEL AND MILDRED L.
BUXMAN; ED AND SUSIE ANN ORR; AND RINE DURAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Deeds from Daniel
and Mildred L. Buxman; Ed and Susie Ann Orr; and Rine Duran for
the construction of Bridge 7/42A, and
WHEREAS, said Deeds concern properties located in the W} of
Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept
said Deeds, copies being attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Deeds from Daniel
and Mildred L. Buxman; Ed and Susie Ann Orr; and Rine Duran, be,
and hereby are, accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
November, A.D. , 1989 .
