RE: APPROVE INSTALLATION OF "STOP" SIGNS IN RANCH EGGS
SUBDIVISION AT WELD COUNTY ROAD 7
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board did receive a request from residents of
Ranch Eggs Subdivision that "Stop" signs be installed on three
accesses from said Subdivision onto Weld County Road 7 , and
WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the Weld County Engineer,
the Board deems it advisable to install "Stop" signs at said
intersections in Ranch Eggs Subdivision, as indicated on the map
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Department of
Engineering be, and hereby is , directed to install "Stop" signs to
control traffic on three accesses from Ranch Eggs Subdivision onto
Weld County Road 7 . Said "Stop" signs , which are for the safety
of the general public, must conform to the State manual and
specifications.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
February, A.D. , 1986 .

Please place the following request on the Board's agenda for consideration
on February 24, 1986 :
Request for traffic control devices at Ranch Eggs Subdivision
and WCR 7
Additional traffic control devices are needed on accesses from Ranch Eggs
Subdivision onto WCR 7. The attached map shows the proposed stop sign
placements for three intersections.
