Examination of the above mentioned premises indicated the following to be in violation: The sale of a parcel of land of approximately 6 acres, more or less, on October 10, 1972, is a violation of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations. Our records show the sale of this parcel from Rural Land Company, Inc, to Paul Charles Ferch in a deed recorded in Book 677, Reception No. 1599244. You are requested to comply with the Subdivision Regulations of the County.
