RE: APPROVE RELEASE OF SURETY AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN -
SANDY KNOLLS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
No u Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
Ho affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

o WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Release of
w o Surety for Bond No. S712228 (DCN712228) written on behalf of
c 3 Robert L. and Barbara J. Hoff in favor of Weld County for Sandy
o W Knolls Subdivision, and

WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Release are as
• stated in the copy being attached hereto and incorporated herein

x WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable
