RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL ROCHE TO AIRPORT AUTHORITY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Greeley-Weld
County Airport Authority Board , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Michael Roche be
appointed to said Board, to fill said vacancy, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Michael Roche to the
Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Michael Roche be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority
Board, for a term to expire September 1 , 1992 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
October, A.D. , 1988 .

Please add the following appointment to the Board's Monday, October 17,
1988, agenda:
Michael Roche will be appointed to the Airport Authority to replace Bill
Holtfort who has served the maximum length of time. His term will expire
September 1, 1992.
