Please be advised that pursuant to Section 15. 04 of the
Indenture of Trust by and between Weld County, Colorado (the
"Issuer") and First National Bank of Commerce (the
"Trustee") , Section 10. 2 of the Loan Agreement by and
between the Issuer and Eisenman Chemical Co. ("ECCO") , and
Section 5 . 9 of the Guaranty Agreement from Newpark
Resources, Inc. ( "Newpark") to the Trustee, each dated as of
November 1 , 1982, as such instruments may be amended or
restated from time to time, all notices, certificates,
demands, requests, complaints , papers or other communica-
tions given to ECCO or Newpark thereunder shall also be
'given to Milpark at 3900 Essex Lane, Houston, Texas 77027 ,
