RE: GRANT REQUEST OF JENNIFER V. RODRIGUEZ, ON BEHALF OF
FIFTHCOFF COMPANY, TO PREADVERTISE SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT
PLAN AND PUD PLAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Jennifer V. Rodriguez , on behalf of the Fifthcoff
Company, submitted a letter to the Board requesting that a Site
Specific Development Plan and PUD Plan be preadvertised, and
WHEREAS, a copy of said letter of request is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it appropriate to
grant said request to preadvertise this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of
Jennifer V. Rodriguez , on behalf of the Fifthcoff Company, to
preadvertise a Site Specific Development Plan and PUD Plan be, and
hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date to
consider said Site Specific Development Plan and PUD Plan be set
for October 4 , 1989, at 10 : 00 A.M.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
August, A.D. , 1989 .

On behalf of the Fifthcoff Company, I am requesting Case No. S-306 be
placed on the next available County Commissioners agenda in order to discuss
pre-advertising for the Mountain View Factory Stores PUD. This request is
being made in order to meet the construction schedule anticipated for the
factory outlet project.
Please confirm with me the date and time of the hearing and I will have
