WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home � z
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the z

WHEREAS, Paragraph 5 of Section 14-9 of Article XIV of the hco
Home Rule Charter for Weld County, Colorado, as amended November
6 , 1984 , provides that written sealed bids and a ten-day period
for consideration and investigation of the bids be required for or-
purchases in excess of an amount set annually by the Board of '-

the year 1987 to comply with said provision , and x .
