RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF SAM E. AINSWORTH, JR. , TO THE UNIFORM
BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Uniform Building
Code Board of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sam E. Ainsworth, Jr. ,
be appointed to serve on said Board as a heating and ventilation
representative, with his term to expire December 31 , 1992 , and
WHEREAS , the Board desires to appoint Sam E. Ainsworth, Jr. ,
to the Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Sam E. Ainsworth,
Jr. , be, and hereby is, appointed to serve on the Uniform Building
Code Board of Appeals, with his term to expire December 31 , 1992 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
December, A.D. , 1989 .
