RE: GRANT REQUEST OF FRANK E. WILCOX TO PRE-ADVERTISE CHANGE OF
ZONE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Frank E. Wilcox, through his authorized agent, Clay
Carlson , has submitted a letter to the Board of County
Commissioners requesting that a Change of Zone application be
pre-advertised, and
WHEREAS, a copy of said letter of request is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it appropriate to
grant said request to pre-advertise this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County , Colorado, that the request submitted
by Frank E. Wilcox , through his authorized agent, Clay Carlson , to
pre-advertise his application for a Change of Zone be, and hereby
is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
August, A.D. , 1986 .

Re: Request for preadvertising on Wilcox zone change from
A to P.U.D.
To whom it may concern:
We would respectfully like to request permission to pre-
advertise the proposal to change the zoning on the 71 .611 acre
Wilcox parcel located in the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 35, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. for
the following reasons :
1. To help facilitate in the development of the parcel .
2. To meet construction and building deadlines.
