IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION RE:
PETITION TO VACATE, ABANDON AND
CLOSE ROAD :
WHEREAS, a petition, signed by more than two-thirds
of the owners of lands adjoining the county public road,commencing
at the Southwest corner of Section 35, Township 8 North, Range 58
West, East along the South line of said Section 35, approximately
one-half mile to the point where the said road intersects that road
parallel with the North line of the C. B. & Q. R 41road Right of way,
requesting that said road, described above , be vacated, abandoned
and closed, has been presented to The Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, and ,
WHEREAS,, after full investSgat,,tpl AUWL.. cqusl4�ILEtlonl
it appears that the necessities of the public no longer require a
County road between said ppints described above.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered
that the road commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 35, Town-
ship 8 North, Range 58 West, East along the South line of said Section
35, approximately one-half mile to the point where the said road inter-
sects with that road parallel with the North line of the C. B. & Q.
Railroad right of way, be and hereby is vacated , abandoned and ordered
closed.
The resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded
adopted by thefbllowing vote :

GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the

This is to inform you that our Board has considered your
petition to close the road commencing at the Southwest
corner of Section 35, Township 8 North, Range 58 Yestf
East along the South line of said Section 35, approximately
one-half mile to the point where the said road intersects
that road parallel with the North line of the C. B. & Q.
Railroad right of way.
A resolution, dated May 9, 1944, has been adopted to
order closed, vacated and abandoned that road above
described.
