RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1103 - KARL FREEMAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 13th day of November, 1985 , considered the
request of Karl Freeman for a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 3 , Block 34 , Aristocrat Ranchettes
Subdivision , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Karl
Freeman for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which
was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
November, A.D. , 1985 .
