Re: 4' X 6' restroom structure on emended USR-589 located in part of the
SEt of Section 28, TIN, R67W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
Dear Mr. Gibson:
The Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed your November 28,
1989, letter. The staff has determined that the 4' X 6' prefabricated
building to house the toilet would not be considered a major change to the
approved Special Review permit. Building permits will need to be obtained
prior to the start of construction.

Gentlemen:
We have been advised by the Weld County Health Department that we cannot
have temporary toilet facilities at the plant scale house. We have applied
for and received approval to install a septic tank and disposal field at this
location.
To complete the installation, we plan to install a 4' x 6' insulated,
prefabricated building to house the toilet. It will be located next to the
scale house. We request your approval to make this installation. We will , of
course, obtain the necessary building permits.
