RE: DECLARE CERTAIN IBM EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, State Statute and the Weld County Administrative
Manual require that all items disposed of be declared surplus by
the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the County has determined that two pieces of IBM
equipment, a Communication Controller, Model IBM 3705-M82, Serial
Number 81056; and a 3270 Control Unit, Model IBM 3274-BO1 , Serial
Number 24318 , are no longer required for County use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hereinabove
described IBM equipment be, and hereby is, declared as surplus.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
November, A.D. , 1989 .
