RESOLUTION RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1440 - VICENTE G. MARTINEZ WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 17th day of August, 1988 , considered the request of Vicente G. Martinez for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 2 , Block 6 , Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. 2. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence that a domestic well is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity, and dependability for the proposed use. The applicant shall submit evidence that a water supply of 500 gallons or more is available on the property to supply water for the outside uses on the lot or that another legal water source is available to supply both in-house and outside uses on the lot. 3 . The applicant shall agree not to withdraw his petition for a water tap with the Aristocrat Ranchettes Water Project and agrees to connect to such tap when it becomes available 4 . The domestic well on the property shall be limited to inside use only for one single family dwelling and shall not be used outside the house for any purpose. 5. The return flow from the use of the well must be through an individual waste water disposal system of the non-evaporative type where the water is returned to the same stream system in which the well is located. 880835 _Page 2 RE: ZPMH #1440 - MARTINEZ 6 . The mobile home will not be occupied until the applicant has complied with the conditions above. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Vicente G. Martinez for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance , be, and hereby is, granted subject to the hereinabove listed conditions.
