RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING DUST BLOWING REVIEW - BERYL
WILLITS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board, at its regular meeting on May 31 , 1989 ,
considered a complaint concerning dust blowing from property
located in the S1/2 of Section 30, and the N3/4 of Section 31 ,
Township 9 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, owned by Beryl Willits, and
WHEREAS, the Board approved Findings and Order concerning
dust blowing from said property and scheduled a review hearing for
September 11 , 1989, and
WHEREAS, at its regular meeting of September 11 , 1989, the
Board deemed it advisable that said hearing should be continued to
September 18, 1989, to receive a report from the Soil Conservation
District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the review hearing
concerning dust blowing from said property be, and hereby is,
continued to September 18, 1989 , at 9: 00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
September, A.D. , 1989 .
