RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Communications
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Mel Leedom,
representing the District Attorney; Doug Melby, representing Fire
Zone 1 ; and Dave Becker, representing the Road and Bridge
Department, to the Communications Advisory Board, with their terms
to expire December 31 , 1991 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Mel Leedom, Doug
Melby, and Dave Becker be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Communications Advisory Board, with their terms to expire December
31 , 1991 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
December, A.D. , 1988 .
