RE: APPROVE LETTER CONCERNING USE OF STATE-OWNED WATER TANKER TO
PROVIDE WATER TO ARISTOCRAT RANCHETTES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been informed that an emergency exists
concerning water in the Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a letter to Pat
Byrne requesting use of the State-owned 11 ,000 gallon water tanker
to provide emergency water to the residents of Aristocrat
Ranchettes Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable and in
the best interests of the citizens of Weld County to approve said
letter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the letter to Pat
Byrne requesting use of the State-owned 11 ,000 gallon water tanker
to provide emergency water to the residents of Aristocrat
Ranchettes Subdivision be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
July, A.D. , 1986 .

Dear Mr. Byrne:
This is to advise you that a need exists for a water tank to accommodate
the emergency water needs in Weld County at the Aristocrat Ranchettes
Subdivision. Therefore, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County
hereby requests permission to use the state owned 11,000 gallon water
tanker to provide emergency water to the residents of the Aristocrat
Ranchette Subdivision.
