RE: APPOINTMENT OF MARION RICHTER TO THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE
BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Uniform Building
Code Board of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Marion Richter be
appointed to fill the position of Master Plumber/Mechanic with his
term to expire December 31 , 1987 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint
Marion Richter to the Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Marion Richter be,
and hereby is , appointed to the Uniform Building Code Board of
Appeals to fill the position of Master Plumber/Mechanic with his
term to expire December 31 , 1987 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
January, A.D. , 1985 .
